Moonshine Pop

Who would’ve thought that guys from Red Bank could sound like a Mississippi mud blues band complete with resonators and foot stomps? Formed in 2004, The Parlor Mob has played many festivals like CMJ, Warped Tour, Bamboozle, and South by Southwest. Known for their Jet-like sound with a Southern twist, singer Mark Melicia has often been compared to Robert Plant for his looks and voice. The band plays The Stone Pony on Dec. 23.
