Good Charlotte: Pop Punk Infamy

—by , June 21, 2010

Whether it’s their notorious history dating Hollywood starlets such as Hilary Duff, Nicole Richie, or Paris Hilton, or their music that makes them famous, Good Charlotte is a band that’s been on the scene for nearly 10 years. Their pop punk sound, inspired by Green Day and Blink 182, is what brought them initial mainstream success. GC’s two most recent albums have a profound dance influence; however, the foursome intends to bring the cheeky pop sound back to their fans with the release of Cardiology at the end of the summer. They’ll be performing at Six Flags Great Adventure in Jackson, NJ, with the Bamboozle Roadshow on June 24.
