A lineup of true punk all-stars has come together to form a new band. OFF! consists of singer Keith Morris, formerly of Black Flag, Dimitri Coats of Burning Brides, Steven McDonald of Redd Kross and Mario Rubalcaba of Hot Snakes. After forming in late 2009, OFF! performed their first live show at South By Southwest this year. With their first release, First Four EPs, OFF! is coming to Club Europa on Oct. 21. The show starts at 8 p.m. and will also feature Cerebral Ballzy. Be ready for some intense punk!
