Robert Earl Keen, the renowned songwriter and storyteller, is celebrating the release of his 16th studio album, Ready For Confetti. The Texan has come a long way from performing in Austin’s nightclubs. With a career that spans over 30 years, Keen’s newest CD represents his musical progression and longevity. He is known for his atypical style and blend of folk and country. He’ll be at Irving Plaza in NYC on Jan. 20. Tickets are $30 each; concert starts at 7 p.m.
