K-Pop’s (Korean Pop) newest sensation 2NE1 will be making a stop on their first world tour, New Revolution, at the Prudential Center in Newark on Aug. 17. The female quartet’s popularity is continuing to escalate as they’re making their debut in the United States this summer. 2NE1’s accolades include being winners of MTV IGGY’s 2011 “Best New Band In The World.” Their infectious lyrics and pop melodies have already stolen the hearts of listeners, especially in their track “I Love You,” which has over eight million views on YouTube.
