Angel Olsen grew up in St. Louis, lives in Chicago, and will be playing a couple of shows in New York. For two of the three local shows, she will be accompanied by Kurt Vile & The Violators and Steve Gunn. They sold out the Bowery Ballroom on May 16, and on May 18, the group will be playing Union Transfer in Philly.
