The Whiskey Gentry are an Americana band from Atlanta, GA. This group of veterans includes husband and wife duo Lauren Staley and Jason Morrow. Staley was a recent finalist in the Chris Austin Songwriting Competition, showcasing her ability to use words effectively when creating compositions. Their album, Please Make Welcome, is an impressive collection of bluegrass tracks that merge these great lyrics with fantastic picking and musicianship. They will bring their high-energy performance to the Mercury Lounge in NYC on June 23.
