Marty Balin: Flying Solo

Marty Balin is best known as the lead vocalist and founding member of the psychedelic rock band Jefferson Airplane. After working as a solo artist and playing in Jefferson Starship, he was inducted into the Rock And Roll Hall Of Fame in 1996. Balin will be performing a solo set at The Bitter End in New York City on Aug. 10. This is one of a number of scheduled dates the legendary artist will play this year.
