The first of several events produced by LegendFactory Live, helmed by industry veteran Amanda McIntyre-Chavis, The Truth Serum is set to kick off on Aug. 29 at Brooklyn Academy Of Music. The Truth Serum aims to present artists who dive deep and reveal who they really are through the transparency of their music. Headlining the event is the multi-platinum, Grammy Award-winning artist India.Arie performing with the Brooklyn Philharmonic. The event will also feature a number of artists whose bold, honest nature in their music, has cast them in a different light, including hip-hop giant Talib Kweli, Luke James, Esnavi and Rapsody.
