When it comes to dark, electrifying pop, Meg Myers is quickly working her way to the top. Her 2012 EP, Daughter In The Choir, was produced by the Los Angeles-based Doctor Rosen Rosen, and came accompanied by a string of music videos ranging from the serious to the completely bizarre, such as the Nerf gun vengeance found in the clip for “Tennessee.” Her first single on Atlantic Records, the chilling “Heart Heart Head” was released in April. Myers will be opening for the Pixies at the Music Hall Of Williamsburg on Sept. 19.
