Red Fang are a Portland-based hard rock band that formed in 2005. Their albums have reached considerable success since their 2009 eponymous debut, and just last year, the group graced the Aquarian‘s cover. Their two most recent records—2011’s Murder The Mountains and 2013’s Whales And Leeches—have both placed high on the charts. Whales And Leeches landed the band on Late Night With David Letterman, and spawned a video for their song “Blood Like Cream,” featuring Portlandia‘s Fred Armisen. The group will be playing at the Music Hall Of Williamsburg on May 27 and The Trocadero on May 30.
