DevilDriver: Groove And Defiance

A quintet playing groove metal with strong melodic tendencies, DevilDriver hail from Santa Barbara, California, with a “massive middle finger in the air to the status quo.” Influenced by the gritty and low voices of Motörhead, In Flames and Johnny Cash, they began playing in 2002 and released six critically and publicly acclaimed albums since, touring incessantly for each of them and playing at Ozzfest in 2007. They will be performing to promote their latest record, Winter Kills, with Whitechapel at NYC’s Stage 48 on June 12 and Philly’s Theatre Of Living Arts on June 13.
