The release of a self-titled album always calls for a celebration. Earlier this year, The Motet released their seventh album, The Motet. Choosing their seventh to be their self-titled is fitting for this seven-member band. Their delivery of funk and soul keeps their legendary live performances electric. The Colorado-based band will play Nov. 20 at the Underground Arts in Philadelphia and the Brooklyn Bowl in New York on Nov. 21 as part of their tour in support of The Motet.
