Rising from the solo effort of Mike McFadden, Animal Years has evolved into a trio. McFadden welcomed bassist Anthony Saladino and drummer Anthony Spinnato to the team to obtain depth in their sound, an essential element to their roots rock/Americana sound. Their debut record, Sun Will Rise, was delivered last May, featuring the favorites “Forget What They’re Telling You” and “Meet Me.” After some time out west, the band returns home to NYC for a show at Gramercy Theatre on May 1.
