Saintseneca: Such Things Were Meant To Be Heard

Hailing from Columbus, Ohio, Saintseneca is a gifted folk rock band, which was brought together in 2007 by Zac Little (singer/songwriter, multi-instrumentalist). This quintet brings folk music to a new level by combining acoustic instruments such as the banjo with electric guitars and synthesizers. Their new album, Such Things, will be released on Oct. 9 via Anti- Records. “Sleeper Hold,” a single off their new album, works wonderfully to showcase the band members’ individual vocal and instrumental talents while blending them effortlessly. The electric guitar drifting in and out during the song gives it another level of depth. Saintseneca will be performing on Oct. 9 at Mercury Lounge and Oct. 10 at Johnny Brenda’s.
