Toronto-based singer-songwriter Treasa Levasseur has never been known for her femininity, and she’s somewhat proud about that, because what she is known for is her ballsiness, her grit, her occasionally in-your-face attitude, and the sincerity and passion that she puts into her music. Her third and newest album, Broad, was released on iTunes in early November. Levasseur will take her talents and her sass to the Rockwood Music Hall on May 5 for a performance with Niall Connolly and Reed Foehl. Show is at 7 p.m.
