The PNC Bank Arts Center is hosting the Carnival Of Madness this month. The festival features gothic rockers Evanescence and the female-fronted Halestorm in addition to Chevelle, Cavo and New Medicine. These dark and twisted acts are touring through August and the beginning of September. There are plenty of contests to enter online where you can win free stuff and tickets to the show.
