Folk band Goodnight, Texas plan to release their debut LP, A Long Life Of Living, next month. Their raw and gritty tunes are blended with smooth country vocals. Avi Vinocur and Patrick Dyer Wolf live in two completely different places in the world. Vinocur, from San Francisco, and Wolf, from North Carolina, collaborated and named their musical endeavor after their geographical midpoint—Texas. Their tour comes to Philadelphia on Sept. 19 at Fergie’s Pub, and to New York at The Living Room on Sept. 21.
