On Oct. 7, GIFT (Get Innovative For Tomorrow) Productions will be hosting their first ever concert. The non-profit group has a mission to hold events for underprivileged children by bringing the arts to them. This organization wishes to advertise, raise money for, and expand local arts affairs for the youth of Essex County. Jaclyn Dima And The Shakey Tables, Liat, and 8-bit are the artists scheduled to perform. GIFT Productions’ debut show will be all ages at Highland Place, in Maplewood, at 6:30 p.m. with a $25 donation needed to enter. All of the donations will be given to South Mountain YMCA.
