Pete Donnelly will finish his solo tour in NYC. Based in Philly, Donnelly was a founding member of garage rock band The Figgs and played an influential role in reviving rockabilly group NRBQ in 2011. Opening for Donnelly will be Brett Newski, a Saigon-based guitarist who tours internationally and has opened for the likes of OK GO, Third Eye Blind and Cage The Elephant. Catch the two musicians at Cake Shop on Aug. 28.
