Swedish singer/songwriter Kristian Matsson, better known as The Tallest Man On Earth, is currently on tour in the U.S., promoting the release of his fourth album, Dark Bird Is Home, which just came out May 12. He’ll be finishing up the tour in our area, with one show on Tuesday, June 2, at Music Hall Of Williamsburg in Brooklyn, and Wednesday, June 3, at Beacon Theatre in New York City. With vocal resonance not unlike Jónsi Birgisson of Sigur Rós, and upbeat acoustic noodling, this is one artist you need to hear for yourself.
