Kristian Hoffman: Musically Credible

Emerging in the 1970s, Kristian Hoffman was the songwriter and keyboardist for the band Mumps. Through the years, Hoffman has contributed his talents to the musical landscape by doing such things as directing Rufus Wainwright and touring with Dave Davies, formerly of the Kinks. But, solo work is no stranger to this diverse individual. His most recent solo album, Fop, was released this September and he is performing at Bowery Electric on Oct. 7, so come check him out. 7:30 p.m.
