Ian Anderson and his trusty flute are coming to the Wellmont Theatre in Montclair on Nov. 17 to perform a range of works, from the hits “Bungle In The Jungle” and “Wondering Again” to new offerings formulated specially for this US tour. While other bands stuck with the tried and true guitars and drums, Anderson and his band, Jethro Tull introduced the flute to the genre to wildly enthusiastic audiences, appreciative of the fresh sound and awed by his skill. Backed by a conglomerate of other instrumentalists to fulfill the true potential of the material, Ian Anderson is back. Tickets are $35-$75, and doors open at 7 p.m.
