The Ugly Club: Tally Hall Meets The Shins

New Jersey indie rock band The Ugly Club are set to play an album release show at Maxwell’s in Hoboken on July 13 and also perform at The Saint on July 21. The band’s July 2012 debut album, You Belong To The Minutes, features upbeat melodies that have a psychedelic charm. For being a band that is only two years old, the quintet produces a vibrant sound that can fit in amongst other mainstream indie rock bands. With a cohesive sound and catchy lyrics, it would not be a surprise if this band’s popularity grows exponentially after their album release.
