The artist known for his impassioned pop style, Mat Kearney, will be touring as a support act for Train this summer. His third release, Young Love, is the record that he continues to ride out with tour cycles due to its success. Kearney has put out a single this year, “Ships In The Night,” that has drawn attention as well. On Aug. 27, the singer-songwriter will perform live at Rumsey Playfield. He will also play at the MAC Center at Monmouth University in Long Branch on Aug. 30 before performing his last local show at Atlantic City’s Borgata on Sept. 1.
