Michiganian George Winston is widely known not only for his wonderful piano skills, and not even for the plethora of albums he’s released since Ballads And Blues. A solo pianist and kindhearted benefactor, his greatest accomplishments lie in his eagerness and consistency to give back to medical research and those in dire need. He’s released albums and singles with the one powerful objective of steering all proceeds toward cancer research and Feeding America. Now he’s back to perform for The Sanctuary Concerts at The Presbyterian Church—his last appearance being about five years ago. You can see his performance live on March 28 in Chatham.
