Cartel: Bursting The Bubble

—by , October 25, 2009

Since first making an appearance on the scene in 2003, Georgia-based band Cartel has become a well-known mainstay in the music industry today. Having appeared as one of MTV’s first Band In A Bubble, they’ve certainly managed to break free from isolation and spread their music to the masses.

Celebrating the release of their third full-length, Cycles, the quintet will be performing a string of shows in the area starting with an in-store at Best Buy in Eatontown, NJ, on Oct. 24 followed by a performance later that night at the School of Rock in Hackensack, NJ. If that doesn’t work for you, then check them out on Oct. 27 at the Gramercy Theatre in NYC with This Providence and The Summer Set. myspace.com.cartel.
