We officially turned the NJ Transit bus into a party bus after last Friday’s show in Manhattan. Despite any confusion that went on that night during shows, LMFAO at Irving and All Time Low at Hammerstein, and any flooding pipes and miscommunications, the night went well. I left after We The Kings played, somewhat disappointed the LMFAO after-party was canceled. Luckily, the ride home made up for that! The 197 was jammed packed with standers passing beer out on the ride home. Jokes and new friends spread like rapid fire. I might start taking the midnight bus home more often.
This week in the life of Lexappeall will be spent at the School Of Rock for the most part. Sunday with Action Item and OTV band the Victory, Tuesday with For The Fallen Dreams and friends in Knuckle Up, and the following Friday with Cash Cash. All great shows, reminding me why I enjoy the New Jersey music scene so much.
I’ve begun my winter trip planning to SoCal. By my side will be Vivian and Sam adventuring to LA for a few days to visit Cody and the guys out there. Guaranteed a good time, I can’t wait! West coast rage 2010!
