By now, Overkill are nothing short of an East Coast institution. One of thrash’s most essential bands, they’ve been kicking ass for more than 30 years, and slowing down has never been an option. Where some others have watered down their sound or compromised in the name of reaching a pop audience, Overkill have never lost sight of their mission. Their newest album, The Electric Age, was released in March and it’s got some of their most vicious material ever. Get your ears ripped to shreds when they close out their tour on May 12 at Best Buy Theater with God Forbid, Diamond Plate and Suidakra (spotlighted below) along for the ride.
