Formed by previous members of the Brian Jonestown Massacre and The Warlocks, Spindrift are a Los Angeles-based psychedelic rock group. They have an experimental sound, and consider Spaghetti Western movies and the Cowboy Era as their inspiration. For their newest album, Ghost Of The West, the group included original tracks as well their own twist on several classic cowboy songs. The band will be playing at Glasslands in Brooklyn on Nov. 8 and at Kung Fu Necktie in Philadelphia on Nov. 9.
