On Feb. 22, the Best Buy Theater in Manhattan will welcome The Dirty Heads and Shiny Toy Guns as part of their Tour Odyssey. Hailing from California, The Dirty Heads feature a unique combination of hip-hop and reggae that led their album, Cabin By The Sea, to tremendous success on the charts last June. Fellow California natives Shiny Toy Guns also share the same record label, and released their most recent album, III, this past October. The show will include performances by Midi Matilda and Oh No Fiasco.

Shinys are the best electro rock band to exist. Ever. And the Dirty Heads have such a mellow funky sound that you can’t get out of your head once you start listening. Both amazing bands. Such a good show (especially STG’s lights… omg their lights)

Shiny Toy Guns was amazing as usual. I went to the show only knowing STG, but loved the entire lineup. This was an awesome combination of bands. Can’t wait to see them all again in April!

If you don’t go to this concert…you are missing out on a great band. Shiny Toy Guns brings an amazing presence from all four members of their band, their lights, and sound. Dirty Heads will bring you back to the goodness of ska of that California sound.

STG puts on one of the best live shows around! They need to be exposed to the masses!! Great band, great musicians! And- they still write and produce their own music; something you don’t find too often anymore!
