Rock Con: Ultimate Fan Fest

Throughout rock history, there have been countless styles, trends and revolutions. From the birth of mainstream rock and roll with Elvis, to the pure iconic psychedelia of Led Zeppelin, to the arena glamour of KISS, the last fifty years of rock and roll have given the world an array of idols and notable musicians. Rock Con gives music history junkies and fans alike the chance to meet some of these heroes and hear first-hand tales from people who’ve experienced the music industry’s inner-workings. The three-day event at the Sheraton Meadowlands Hotel and Conference Center will be a hot spot for autograph hoarders as artists give live interviews and panels covering everything from girl groups to horror rock stars take place. Some artists that are expected to appear include Marty Balin, one of the founding members of Jefferson Airplane, Eerie Von, original bassist of Danzig, Bruce Kulick, former guitarist for KISS, and Louiche Mayorga, former bassist for Suicidal Tendencies.
