Larry Campbell And Teresa Williams: First Come Marriage, Then Comes Album

Multi-instrumentalist/vocalist Larry Campbell, from New York City, and guitarist/vocalist Teresa Williams, originally from Peckerwood Point, Tennessee, joined forces in marriage in the ‘80s and now finally in their self-titled album, Larry Campbell And Teresa Williams. Both Campbell and Williams have accompanied many well-known artists such as Bob Dylan in the past but finally have decided to combine their different musical influences (blues, rock, country and gospel) to make a very interesting sound together. “Surrender To Love,” one of the songs written by Campbell, is a unique blend of rock and country in which their voices blend effortlessly. The duo released their self-titled album, produced by Campbell, on June 23, which includes eight original songs and three cover songs. Larry Campbell and Teresa Williams will be touring on Sept. 15 and Sept. 16 at The Capitol Theatre in Port Chester, New York, on Sept. 21 and Sept. 22 at Count Basie Theatre in Red Bank, NJ, on Sept. 24 at Mayo Performing Arts Center in Morristown, NJ, and finally on Sept. 25 at Kings Theatre in Brooklyn, New York.
